Disclaimer & Legal Notices

This page sets out the relationship (or lack thereof) between Abyss.bot and the trademark owners and platforms referenced on this site, and how to reach us about intellectual-property concerns.

In one paragraph

Abyss.bot is an independent third-party software product. It is not made by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with R2Games, the publishers or developers of Abyss Hunters, BlueStacks Systems, Google LLC, or any related party. All product names, trademarks, and copyrighted assets shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what Abyss.bot interacts with on a user’s personal machine.

1. Independent third-party project

Abyss.bot is developed and operated independently. It is not a product of R2Games, the developers or publishers of Abyss Hunters, BlueStacks Systems Inc., Google LLC, or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, or licensors. No representation of partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency exists or should be inferred from this website, the Software, or any communication from us.

2. No endorsement

The display of any third-party logo, screenshot, name, icon, or visual reference on this site is for the sole purpose of identifying the platforms and content the Software is designed to interact with on the user’s computer. None of those references should be read as endorsement of, or by, the trademark owner.

3. Trademark attribution

The following marks (and any others referenced on this site or in the Software’s interface) are the property of their respective owners:

  • Abyss Hunters and related game assets, names, characters, item names, and visual elements — property of their respective publisher and developers.
  • R2Games — property of Reality Squared Games or its parent / affiliated entities.
  • BlueStacks — property of BlueStacks Systems, Inc.
  • Google Play, Android, and the Google Play logo — property of Google LLC.
  • Windows — property of Microsoft Corporation.
  • Discord and the Discord logo — property of Discord Inc.

Use of these names on this site falls under nominative fair use: only as much of the mark is used as is reasonably necessary to identify the product or platform, and no sponsorship or endorsement is suggested.

4. How Abyss.bot interacts with the game

Abyss.bot runs locally on the end user’s personal computer. It does not modify, redistribute, or host any copyrighted content from Abyss Hunters or any other third-party application. It does not extract or redistribute game assets, source code, server data, or account credentials. The user retains full responsibility for their own copy of the game, their own BlueStacks installation, and their own account.

5. Game terms of service

Use of automation software almost certainly violates the terms of service or end-user license agreement of the third-party game it interacts with. The user is solely responsible for understanding and complying with those third-party terms, and for any consequences that follow from breaching them — including but not limited to account suspension or permanent termination by the game publisher. We do not encourage anyone to violate the applicable terms of service of any third party; users who choose to do so accept the consequences themselves.

7. Contact

All legal correspondence — takedown notices, trademark complaints, partnership inquiries, and any other formal communication — should be sent to us through the official Discord support channel linked from this site. Please do not contact our hosting provider or registrar before contacting us; we are responsive and prefer to resolve legitimate concerns directly.
